Pre-screening Questionnaire

The following details are displayed in the screen:

Questionnaire Title	The title of the questionnaire.
No. of Questions	The number of questions in the questionnaire.
Logo	The company logo (if any).
Questionnaire Purpose	The purpose of the questionnaire (if any).
Guidelines	Guidelines to be adhered by the candidate (if any).
Sections	The sections in the questionnaire (if any).
View Type	Allows the candidate to filter questions. All questions – Lists all the questions in the questionnaire Unanswered questions – Lists only the questions unanswered by the candidate
Unanswered questions	Number of unanswered questions in the questionnaire.
Mandatory Questions	Number of mandatory questions in the questionnaire.
Footer note	Displays the footer note of the questionnaire.

Click ‘First’ to auto save the entries and go to the first page of the questionnaire.
Click ‘Back’ to auto save the entries and go to the previous page of the questionnaire.
Click ‘Next’ to auto save the entries and go to the next page of the questionnaire.
Click ‘Last’ to auto save the entries and go to the last page of the questionnaire.
Click ‘Save’ button to save the entries made in the questionnaire.
Click ‘Finish’ button to submit a completed questionnaire.
